Four Layer Dessert
Four Layer Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 1/2 c. chopped nuts, 3/4 c. flour, 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese and 1 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix butter, nuts and flour.
Press into a 9 x 9-inch dish. Bake at 375Β° for 15 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip.
Put on top of first layer.
Beat instant pudding and milk until thick.
Spread on top of second layer.
Spread rest of Cool Whip on top.
Can top with grated chocolate if desired.
