Four Fruit Salad
Four Fruit Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (reserve juice), mandarin oranges (reserve juice), unpeeled apples, chopped, or 3 sliced bananas and c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine reserved juices and measure 3/4 cup.
Set aside.
Mix cornstarch, sugar and orange juice and the reserved fruit juices. Stir on stove in pan until thick.
Cool.
Add all the fruit and mix well.
Pour into covered dish and refrigerate several hours. Best left overnight.
