Four-Fruit Compote
Four-Fruit Compote is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can pineapple chunks, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/3 c. orange juice and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Drain pineapple.
Save 3/4 cup juice.
In saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch and pineapple juice or orange juice and lemon juice.
Cook over medium heat until thick.
Remove from heat and set aside.
In bowl, combine pineapple chunks, oranges, apples and bananas.
Pour warm sauce over fruit, stir and chill.
