Four Bean Salad
Four Bean Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 303) can waxed beans, 1 can kidney beans, 1 french-style green beans, 1 can baby lima beans and 1 large green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Drain beans and rinse.
Drain thoroughly.
Dissolve sugar in vinegar.
Add salt.
Bring to a boil.
Set aside to cool. Combine other ingredients and pour vinegar mixture over them.
Mix well. Store in 2-quart jars in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving. Salad will keep several days in refrigerator.
