Fortune Cookies
Fortune Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large egg, 2 tsp. oil, 1/4 c. sugar and 1/4 c. cornstarch or flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat egg slightly.
Add sugar until thick and ivory colored. Add 2 teaspoons of water.
Gradually add in cornstarch and stir until smooth.
Drop teaspoonfuls of batter 4-inches in diameter into frying pan with oil.
(Should look like mini pancakes.)
Fry until golden brown.
Remove cookie.
Place fortune on top of cookie. Fold in half, then bend edges.
