Fortune Cookies
Fortune Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. flour, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, dash of salt and 2 tbsp. cooking oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In a bowl mix flour, sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Add cooking oil and add white; stir until smooth.
Add water and mix well. Make one cookie at a time.
Pour 1 tablespoon of the batter on a greased skillet.
Spread into a circle.
Cook 4 minutes on one side and 1 minute on the other at low temperature.
Working quickly, put a message in the cookie.
Fold in half and in half again.
