Forgotten Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cubed stew meat (do not brown), 1 onion, in large chunks, 2 medium potatoes, cut into large chunks, 2 carrots, in large chunks and 1 can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix all ingredients together.
Put into covered casserole and cook for 5 hours at 250Β°.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
