Forgotten Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked rice, 1 chicken, cut up, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 pkg. onion soup mix and 1 can consomme, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In 9 x 13-inch baking dish or pan, spread rice.
Place chicken on rice.
Pour soup and consomme over chicken.
Sprinkle soup mix on top.
Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 250Β° for 2 1/2 to 4 hours.
