Forgotten Chicken
Forgotten Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 frying chicken, cut up, 1 c. rice, 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut up frying chicken into serving pieces.
Place in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Add rice over chicken, onion soup mix, chicken soup and mushroom soup.
Mix with water.
Put over all. Sprinkle paprika over all.
Bake, covered, for 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
Remove cover and cook 15 minutes more.
