Forgotten Chicken
Forgotten Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. minute rice (white), 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 2 cans french onion soup and 2 whole cut up chickens, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 300°.
In large bowl, mix 4 cups rice and all six cans of soup.
Pour into a large deep pan or two small ones. Spread evenly.
Place pieces of chicken separately on top of rice. Drizzle melted butter over chicken.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 2 hours at 300°.
Serves 4 to 6.
