Forgotten Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. rice, 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix, 2 cans creamed soup and 1 1/2 cans water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat the soup and water.
Spray or grease pan.
Spread rice in bottom of pan.
Place chicken pieces on rice.
Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over all. Pour heated mixture over chicken.
Cover and seal with foil; do not open until cooked.
Bake 2 hours and 15 minutes at 350Β°.
