Forgotten Chicken
Forgotten Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked rice, 2 cans chicken or mushroom soup, 1 c. water, 1 chicken and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Mix soup and water.
Put rice in bottom of pan and pour half soup mixture over rice.
Put in chicken pieces and pour the rest of the soup over the chicken.
Sprinkle onion soup mix over top. Cover with foil and forget it for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
