Forget-It-Stew is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean beef stew meat (preferably in large chunks), 1 can campbell's cream of onion soup, undiluted and 1 can campbell's french onion soup, undiluted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dump everything together in your cooking pot.
Place ingredients in either a large electric slow cooker on low, covered, for 12 to 14 hours total cooking time.
Or a deep cast-iron Dutch oven with tight lid in very low 250Β° oven for approximately 6 hours total cooking time.
(The secret to tender meat is very low heat over a long period.)
