Bake cake in a 9-inch square pan at 325Β° for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool.
Cut 4 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch edge off opposite 2 ends of cake (football shaped).

Decorate with candy corn and chocolate chips in center for lace.
