Foolproof White Candy
Foolproof White Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. white chocolate, eagle brand milk, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. chopped candied cherries (red and green), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
In heavy saucepan, melt white chocolate with milk.
Remove from heat; stir in salt, vanilla, cherries for color and walnuts. Spread evenly onto wax paper-lined 8-inch square pan.
Chill 2 or 3 hours.
Turn fudge onto cutting board.
Pull off wax paper and cut into squares.
(Store at room temperature.)
