Foolproof Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. butter, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1 tsp. lemon extract, 2 c. sifted flour and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream butter.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Roll dough onto foil or wax paper, making a log.
Chill at least 1 hour.
Slice 1/2-inch thick and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
