Foltz's Salsa
Foltz'S Salsa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 18 to 20 large tomatoes, 3 medium onions, 6 cloves garlic, 3 green peppers and 3/4 to 1 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Peel and chop tomatoes; let drain at least 30 minutes.
Add chopped onions, peppers and garlic.
Add other ingredients.
Heat, but do not boil, for 10 to 20 minutes.
Put in sterilized jars; process 15 minutes in water bath or 10 minutes at 5 pounds in pressure cooker. Can in pint jars.
