Foil Chicken
Foil Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 - 4 chicken breasts, boneless, 1 lb. button mushrooms, sliced 1/4 inch thick, 1 clove garlic, chopped, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine and 1/3 c. white cooking wine or water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place prepared mushrooms in bottom of foil bag.
Season chicken with spices and place on top of mushrooms.
Top with butter/margarine, garlic and white wine (or water).
Seal bag very tightly, making sure it will not leak.
Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350Β° for 40-45 minutes (depending on your oven and on thickness of chicken). Spoon liquid in bag over chicken.
