Fluffy White Icing
Fluffy White Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. white karo syrup and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix together in heavy saucepan.
Heat slowly until sugar is dissolved, then bring to a boil.
Pour immediately over 3 stiffly beaten egg whites that have salt and vanilla added.
Beat until cool and spread on cake.
This frosting does not get hard and sugary.
Spread coconut on top and sides.
