Fluffy Orange Cake
Fluffy Orange Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix, 1 c. orange juice, 3/4 c. miracle whip or miracle whip light dressing, 3 eggs and 1/4 c. poppy seed (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 350Β°.
Mix all ingredients except powdered sugar with electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or 12 cup fluted tube pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Remove from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
