Combine flour and sugar in a small saucepan.
Gradually add pineapple juice, mixing thoroughly.
Egg, stirring well. Place over low heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat and cool completely.
Fold in Cool Whip. Serve over fresh fruit.
Yields about 3 cups.
