Fluffy Frosting is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites (room temperature), 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, 1/4 tsp. salt and 3/4 c. karo light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix egg whites, cream of tartar and sugar in small bowl with mixer at high speed, gradually until smooth and glossy.
Gradually beat in corn syrup, vanilla and salt until stiff peaks form.
If desired, beat in food coloring or 1 cup coconut.
