Fluff Rice Pudding
Fluff Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. rice, 3 c. water, 1 tsp. salt (scant), 2 c. milk and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine the first 3 ingredients and let cook until rice is soft, or until water is all cooked out.
Bring 2 cups milk to a boil.
Add the eggs, 2 cups sugar and 2 tablespoons flour to make a paste.
Add a little milk.
Add all of this to the rice, and cook until thick.
Keep stirring until done.
When finished, add 1 tablespoon vanilla.
Let cool.
Whip 1 can of Carnation milk and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Add to the rice.
