Combine the first 3 ingredients and let cook until rice is soft, or until water is all cooked out.

Bring 2 cups milk to a boil.

Add the eggs, 2 cups sugar and 2 tablespoons flour to make a paste.

Add a little milk.

Add all of this to the rice, and cook until thick.

Keep stirring until done.

When finished, add 1 tablespoon vanilla.

Let cool.

Whip 1 can of Carnation milk and 2 tablespoons sugar.

Add to the rice.
