Fluff Fruit Salad
Fluff Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans crushed pineapple, 2/3 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 2 eggs, slightly beaten and 1/4 c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Drain pineapple; save 1 cup juice in a small pan.
Set aside the pineapple.
To pan of juice, add sugar, flour, eggs, orange juice, lemon juice and oil.
Boil 1 minute; remove from heat and let cool.
In salad bowl, combine pineapple, fruit cocktail, oranges and bananas.
Fold in cream and cooled sauce.
Chill for several hours.
