Floy's Hot Rolls
Floy'S Hot Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yeast, 1/2 c. lukewarm water, 2 tsp. sugar, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix yeast, water and 2 teaspoons sugar together and let stand 1 hour.
Cream 1/2 cup sugar, Crisco, egg and salt until light.
Add yeast mixture and 2 cups warm water.
Add flour to make not too stiff dough.
Let raise until double.
Punch down and make into rolls.
Place in pan and let raise until double.
Bake in 375Β° oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
