Flounder Flips
Flounder Flips is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 pieces of flounder, big enough to roll up, 1/2 lb. scallops, 1 pkg. ritz crackers, 1 stick butter and worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

If scallops are large, cut into quarters.
Melt butter.
With rolling pin, crush crackers.
Put in bowl, add scallops, part of butter and 3 to 4 drops of Worcestershire sauce; mix together. Divide mixture into fourths and put into the middle of each fish piece.
Roll up.
Connect with a toothpick.
Squeeze lemon into remaining butter.
Pour over and bake at 350Β° until done, 10 to 15 minutes.
