Flitch (Candy)
Flitch (Candy) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box 10x sugar (add a little cornstarch), 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/4 tsp. vanilla, 1/4 c. milk and peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Sift the sugar.
Add melted butter and vanilla.
Add a little milk at a time.
Mix until creamy.
Roll out flat on wax paper. Spread with peanut butter.
Form into a roll.
Cut in 3 pieces and put in refrigerator until firm.
Cut into thin slices.
May also be frozen.
