Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In 8 x 4-inch loaf pan, combine ground beef, milk and soup mix, mixing with fork.
When thoroughly blended, pat loaf evenly in pan.
Mixture will be very moist. Combine brown sugar, mustard and ketchup.
Spoon over unbaked loaf.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
