Flako Eclairs
Flako Eclairs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. pie crust mix, 3 eggs, 1 pkg. pudding, mixed according to box and frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat water to full boil in medium size saucepan.
Stir in pie crust mix until mix leaves sides of pan.
Remove from heat.
Add eggs, 1 at a time.
Beat well after each egg.
Spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven at 400Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
