Flake Cookies
Flake Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. unsifted flour, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/3 c. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Separately, cream butter and sugars.
Add egg and vanilla.
Beat well.
Add flour mix and cereal last.
Don't over-blend the cereal.
Drop by teaspoon on ungreased sheet; bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
