Flag Dessert
Flag Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pt. strawberries, 1 pound cake (loaf), sliced, 1 1/3 c. blueberries and 1 (12 oz.) cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Slice 1 cup of strawberries and set aside.
Slice the remaining strawberries in half and set aside.
Line the bottom of a 12 x 8-inch baking dish with cake slices.
Top with 1 cup sliced strawberries, 1 cup of blueberries and all the Cool Whip.
Place the remaining strawberries and blueberries on Cool Whip to create a flag design.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes 15 servings.
