Place potatoes in saucepan.

Add water to cover and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Simmer 25 minutes, or until tender; drain and peel. Place in large mixing bowl and mash.

Add 2 tablespoons butter and next 4 ingredients, mixing well.

Spoon into a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

Brush top with melted butter; sprinkle with paprika.

Bake immediately or cover and put in refrigerator.

If refrigerated, let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking.

Bake at 350Β°, uncovered, or until hot.
