Five-Minute Fudge
Five-Minute Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk (undiluted), 1 2/3 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. chopped walnuts and 1 1/2 c. diced marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Grease a 9 x 9 x 1 3/4-inch pan.
Medium saucepan, combine evaporated milk with sugar and salt; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until marshmallows melt. Pour into prepared pan; let cool.
To serve, cut into squares.
