Five Minute Fudge
Five Minute Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 1 2/3 c. sugar, 2 c. miniature marshmallows, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2/3 c. carnation milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine butter, milk, sugar and salt in saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to a boil.
Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. (Start timing when mixture starts to bubble around edges of pan.) Remove from heat.
Stir in marshmallows, chocolate, vanilla and nuts.
Stir vigorously for 1 minute, until marshmallows melt and blend.
Pour into 8 x 8-inch buttered pan.
Cool and cut into squares.
Makes about 2 pounds.
