Five Layer Dinner
Five Layer Dinner is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 or 5 raw potatoes, sliced, 1 small onion, sliced, 1 qt. whole tomatoes, salt and pepper and 1 lb. raw ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Butter a deep baking dish.
Then start at the bottom and arrange in layers.
First potatoes, then the ground beef, onions, green pepper if used, uncooked rice and tomatoes.
Season each layer, cover and bake for 2 hours at 300Β°.
Parmesan cheese may be used on top.
