Five Hour Stew
Five Hour Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean stew meat, 1 chopped onion, 3 c. sliced carrots, 3 c. diced potatoes and 2 tbsp. tapioca, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place stew meat in bottom of pan.
Add layers of onion, carrots, potatoes and celery.
Sprinkle tapioca, sugar, salt and pepper on top.
Spread soup over top.
Pour water down sides.
Do not stir!
Bake at 225Β° for 5 hours or on high in crock-pot for 4 1/2 hours and low for 1/2 hour.
Stir and serve.
