Five Fruit Salad
Five Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) canned pineapple chunks, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained, 1 c. coconut, 1 c. tiny marshmallows and 1 (8 oz.) sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain pineapple chunks, reserve 1 tablespoon syrup.
Combine pineapple chunks, reserve syrup, mandarin oranges, coconut, marshmallows and sour cream.
Chill for 2 hours to 24 hours. Before serving sprinkle with pecans.
Makes 6 servings.
