Five Cheese Spaghetti
Five Cheese Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. vermicelli spaghetti, 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, 3/4 tsp. dry mustard, 1 small clove garlic, minced and 1 c. sharp cheddar, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cook and drain spaghetti.
Mix cheeses together in bowl. Butter 9 x 13-inch dish.
Sprinkle garlic, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce on bottom of dish.
Make 3 layers of spaghetti, salt and pepper, paprika, cheese and dot with butter. Pour milk over all.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes, stir from bottom, recover with foil, return to oven for 20 minutes.
Stir and bake 15 minutes.
