Fish Supreme
Fish Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. fish fillets, 1 stick butter (the real stuff), juice of lemon, 1/8 tsp. onion powder and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place butter in shallow baking dish.
Put into 400Β° oven until butter is browned but not burned.
Place fillets in hot butter and return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
Then turn fillets over and baste with butter and juice.
Sprinkle each fillet with lemon juice, Worcestershire, cheese, salt, pepper, onion powder and paprika.
Place in oven for about 5 to 6 minutes or until done. Place under broiler and broil quickly.
Baste fillets with sauce.
