Fish Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flaked, cooked fish (14 oz. can tuna or salmon), 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs, 3/4 c. cooked or canned tomatoes, 1 egg, beaten and 2 tbsp. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
