Fish Chowder
Fish Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. water, 2 lb. fish fillets, 4 onions, sliced, 4 potatoes, peeled and diced and 4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Boil water in a deep saucepan; add fish fillets and simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes.
Remove fish.
Add onions and potatoes to fish water in saucepan.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add milk, cream, butter, salt and pepper. Flake cooked fish and return to saucepan.
Heat over very low heat, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot.
Serves 6 to 8.
