First Down Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) jar cheez whiz pasteurized process cheese spread, 1/2 c. breakstones sour cream, 2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper, 2 tbsp. chopped pimento and 6 drops hot pepper sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Microwave process cheese spread and sour cream in small bowl on HIGH 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until smooth, stirring after 1 minute.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve warm with soft pretzels and vegetable dippers.
Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
