Fireman's Fish
Fireman'S Fish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sole fillets, 1 large can crushed tomatoes, 2 tsp. crushed garlic, 1 tsp. dill and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Defrost and squeeze spinach of all water.
Spread over bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
Layer sole fillets on top of spinach. In large saucepan, thoroughly heat just to boiling, tomatoes, garlic, dill and lemon juice.
Cook 15 minutes.
Add shrimp.
Pour sauce over fish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until fish is done.
