Firehouse Onions
Firehouse Onions is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large (3 to 4-inches across top) onion per serving and 1/8-inch slice butter (per slice of onion), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Skin the onion and slice from top until almost through the bottom.
Slices should be approximately 1/4-inch thick.
Place the 1/8-inch butter pat between each slice. Wrap each prepared onion in aluminum foil and twist the top closed.
Place in a baking pan for approximately 1 hour or until soft when lightly squeezed.
