Firecracker Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger, 1 med. onion, chopped, 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained, 1-2 tbsp. chili pwd. and 2-3 tsp. ground cumin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook the meat in skillet until it is no longer pink, drain. Add beans, chili pwd., cumin and salt.
Transfer to a 9 by 13 in. baking dish.
Arrange tortillas over the top; combine soup and tomatoes, then pour over the tortillas.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350Β° for 25-30 min. Yields 8 servings.
