Finger Licking' Good Cake
Finger Licking' Good Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix (not the pudding type), 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (undrained), 1 stick butter or margarine, melted, 1/4 c. vegetable oil and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan.
In a large mixing bowl, mix the cake mix, oranges with juice, melted butter, oil, eggs and pineapple juice. Blend on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down sides and mix on medium speed for 2 more minutes.
Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Frost.
