Finger Jello
Finger Jello is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. jell-o, 1 3/4 c. boiling water, 6 tbsp. sugar, 4 pkg. knox unflavored gelatin and 1 1/2 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix Jell-O, boiling water and sugar until dissolved.
Mix separately unflavored gelatin, cold water and lemon juice until dissolved.
Add to Jell-O mixture.
Pour into 11 x 17-inch dish and chill until set.
Cut into small squares.
Three or four flavors in one fancy dish is impressive! Will hold shape for few hours outside refrigerator.
