Finger Jello is an easy dinner. Made with 3 small pkg. jello, 4 envelopes plain gelatin, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 3 c. boiling water and 1 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Soften gelatin in cold water.
Dissolve jello in hot water. Add lemon juice and gelatin. Pour into dish and refrigerate.
