Finger Drumsticks
Finger Drumsticks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. small chicken wings, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. ground ginger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Divide wings in half at joint and cut off and discard tips. Place in single layer on rack in broiler pan.
Bake 30 minutes at 400Β°.
Turn once.
Mix dry ingredients in saucepan.
Stir in water, lemon juice and soy sauce.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and boil 3 minutes.
Brush part over chicken wings.
Continue baking, turning and basting several times, for 40 minutes or until richly glazed.
