Fillets Elegante is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. frozen pollack fish fillets (boneless and skinless), 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 small can tiny shrimp and 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Thaw fillets enough to separate.
Arrange in 9 x 13-inch pan. Dash with pepper.
